php5 isapi w2k3 iis60: summarizing my experience
Using the directions & tips in this document:
1 - install php package
2 - tweak php.ini
3 - add .php extension handler to a site
4 - add isapi filter to a site
5 - change identity of application pool for that site to the IWAM_COMPUTER user
6 - Give IWAM IUSR and IIS_WPG read/execute on c:\php and your site folder
7 - add and allow php in web service extensions
That got phpinfo working for me
