Oh my God!!! I've been hacking away at this stuff for three days and finally got it!
'ungdi at hotmail dot com', bless you. Your note here about the
'DefaultAppPool' saved my sanity.
I ended up going with the 'Local System' setting because the 'IWAM_servername'
account wouldn't work. I still don't know why either. The passwords were correct and
they had full control to everything just to rule out permissions while I was testing. I'm
running Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6 and it just didn't like it unless I used 'Local
System' for 'DefaultAppPool'.
