The whole idea of "browsing" to a file is that the directory is not known. The above
examples byte [wind] because the browsed up filename is just the name itself, without parent
directory information. So this is totally useless unless there also is a
$_FILES['userfile']['directory'][0] or a
$_FILES['userfile']['path'][0] or maybe a
$_FILES['userfile']['parent'][0]!!
