Windows 2000 Server, IIS, PHP 4.3.9
Seems to work fine as CGI, but when run as ISAPI get the following error:
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 10001364
The C:\php\ is in the PATH, the IniFilePath value in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PHP\ key is set
to C:\php\, IUSR_ and IWAM_ permissions set all around.
