I'm using PHP 4.3.9, and Apache 2.0.52 would fail to start with if I used the instructions
given for PHP 4 verbatim. The solution is to copy php4apache2.dll into the same directory as
php4ts.dll (the main php4 directory, in my case), then use that path for loading the module.
Copying php4ts.dll into the sapi directory works as well, but php4ts.dll is a bigger file.
