XOR encryption cannot be broken unless you have two elements of the following three:
-The cleartext
-The key
-The encrypted output
With only one of these, decryption is impossible. If the key is not random or is looped, patterns
can be found. A perfect random number generator would be to tune a radio to a frequency with no
station on it and record a sound file of the noise. This is residual electromagnetic noise from the
big bang and is considered perfectly random.
