Like sboh at cmslegal dot de I was getting a 403 error.
I was setting up PHP 4.3.8 on Windows 2003 Server as an ISAPI module. In order to get rid of the
authorization error, I changed the application pool from DefaultAppPool to ExchangeApplicationPool,
and then everything worked!
No idea why...
