For any exensions that have other required DLLs (like MySQL which requires /php/libmysql.dll) you
need to copy these required DLLs to the apache root directory (/program files/apache
group/apache2/). I've spent much time pulling hair trying to figure out why
/php/ext/php_mysql.dll wasn't loading, when the path was correct. This fixed it.
