With Apache, to load additional DLLs (required by PHP modules), it is possible to use the Apache
directive LoadFile. In this case, it is no more necessary to copy the DLL in the system directory.
For example :
In PHP.INI:
extension=php_gettext.dll
In HTTPD.CONF:
LoadFile your_path/php/dlls/gnu_gettext.dll
