----
Found this out while trying to get LDAP to work under Apache 1.x and 2.x. Apache was throwing up a
really helpful message saying that php_ldap.dll could not be found. After checking phpinfo() via a
test php page I was convinced it was a folder permission problem. Turns out all that needs to happen
is that the 2 ssl dll files installed in the main PHP folder need to be copied into the system32
folder so that the ldap module can be loaded. Would have been nice if the dlls had been properly
linked in the first place. I only worked this out after installing 3 different versions of Apache.
Cheers,
Matt.
