I had trouble getting HTML mail sent through Exchange and read by Outlook 2002 to render. It always appeared as plain text. Finally I got this to work correctly: <? $headers = 'MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 '; ?> with the line breaks exactly as shown. Both '\r\n' and '\n' were included in the email source without being escaped. Not sure what combination of line breaks it was expecting. They both worked fine in the message string. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.mail.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+48282 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+48282&report=yes Reason: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+48282&report=yes&reason=bad+code Reason: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+48282&report=yes&reason=spam Reason: useless example -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+48282&report=yes&reason=useless+example Reason: contains commercial links -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+48282&report=yes&reason=contains+commercial+links Reason: useless note -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+48282&report=yes&reason=useless+note Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+48282&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
