What!?
I apparently need to install the GETTEXT Extension for PHP in order to get a script to run.
I have lookd all over the place for the extension and think I have found it here, but the install is
extremely confusing and overly complicated.
What is the simple fast track install for this?
I have Windows and PHP 5 environment.
Even above it states to copy some DLLs, but those dont exist in the GETTEXT download package from
here:
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gettext/
