When troubleshooting a file upload problem with large files it is important to note that there is a
squid cache configuration directive that limits the maximum request size made by the client. If your
ISP uses a transparent proxy this may be cause for some grief. The default value for the directive
is 1MB.
Documentation available at
http://squid.visolve.com/squid24s1/tuning.htm#request_body_max_size
I am not sure if using squid as an HTTP Accelerator will also affect the maximum upload size,
without further research.
