Here is wrong:
move_uploaed_file($_FILES["upload"]["name"], $newPath);
Here is right:
move_uploaed_file($_FILES["upload"]["tmp_name"], $newPath);
ps. "upload" is the file input's name.
I debugged In RedHat9, PHP4.3.9.
