I am using php-4.3.4-installer package on windows XP with IIS 5.1
In past I enabled php_gd2.dll extension and its working fine.
But now I enabled php_iconv.dll and copy this file into my extensions dir, then copy iconv.dll into
my system dir but I am getting this error
Unkown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'D:\php\extensions\php_iconv.dll' - The specified
procedure could not be found.
Whats wrong there.
