note 49235 added to ref.exec

Hello, maybe a stupid question, but is it possible to start a program like winamp in a website? maybe with php or javascript? If so can someone give me a hint as to how to get this to work. I have been searching for a while now and this is about the last possibilitie i could think of. I hope someone has an idea.
