Reason: useless
----
i encountered a system (open_basedir restriction in effectand safemode enabled) which denied
include()s (neither relative nor absolute paths), if the executing file is in a subdir, to files
located in a subdir of the executing file's subdir.
e.g. the script is located in "root/dir1/index.php" and the file to be included in
"root/dir1/dir2/somefile.end".
this resulted in a warning (Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory
...).
(include_path set to ".:usr/share/pear")
interesting enough, placing the script in the root directory "resolved" the problem and
worked just as usual.
