note 50745 added to function.date

Ok, is this a possible bug? <?php echo date('W', mktime(0, 0, 0, 7, 1, 2004)); // returns '27' echo date('W', mktime(0, 0, 0, 7, 4, 2004)); // returns '27' ?> Clearly these dates occur on two seperate weeks, but they're reported back as occuring within the same week...
