fam_monitor_collection() does not seem to work with any recent version of famd / PHP 5. From what
could be found on the web, no-one thinks this function actually work.
When used, fam_pending() return true and fam_next_event() always return false. Additionally, the
following error is logged:
famd[16123]: client 7 said unknown request 'F' ('\106')
Anyone managed to use it yet?
