wouldn't it be wise for the php installer for windows to actually unpack the php4apache2 and
php5apache2 dlls to the hard drive?
the php540installer.exe file seems to install, but it writes a backup, sessions, and uploadtemp
directories plus some config and .txt files. NOT the directory tree expressed in the install notes.
(selecting the apache2 option)
This is utterly pointless since the user must then dl and install the win32 zip file anyway to
obtain the files necessary for installation with apache2.
to sum up, selecting apache2 install does not copy the files needed to install apache2 on the
windows 2k server platform. (this has nothing to do with the httpd.conf files.)
