Running Apache/2.0.54 and PHP/4.3.11 on a Windows XP, i could not get the library working.
It turned out to be a wrong directive in my httpd.conf (Apache's config file). Be sure to set
the PHPIniDir directive to c:/windows, and not to c:/php as the manual suggests.
I know this is actually my mistake, since i did not read the instructions carefully, but i'm
sure i'm not the only one.
