does session_register() save the session to the users computer? or do I use setcookie() to save
the session when the user closes out their web browser for later when they revisit the site?
I know session data is saved across web pages as you surf,
but how do you store that session to the users computer for retrieval later when they come back at a
later time? do you use setcookie or session_register?
