I agree with the note from Darrel, when I use move_uploaded_file() with relative pathname, it copies
the file to Apache root. But I observed, when the file with same name in Apache root exist,
it's not overwritten - the file is now uploaded to the standard location.
I'm using Apache/2.0.54 (Win32) with PHP/4.3.8 as module, is it in newer versions already
fixed?
