I am running on PHP5.0.4, IIS6, and MSSQL SERVER 2000 with SP3, I encountered a problem when I used
the command mssql_connect(), it doesn't connect to server every time, often failed, the error
is "Warning mssql_connect()[function mssql-connect]:Unable to connect to server localhost in
c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\DTRI-WEBSITE\mainmenu.php on line 13"
Can anybody give me advice? Thanks in advance.
