note 57440 added to function.unlink

Thanks jchase, i was going nuts with that one :) The problem was, even with write permission, I kept getting permission denied... only after a while i realized the user/group owning the directory and running the application were different since I had migrated the site (previously everything was working fine, I guess the user (or group) were the same back then).
