this is useful, it includes a file once and not twice like the include function; but can be annoying as it does not accept multiple files when it is called. Here is an example: <?php include_once 'index.php'.'index2.php'; ?> it has to be seperate like: <?php include_once 'index.php'; include_once 'index2.php'; ?> and if you was including a file that would have a dramatic affect on the file your including it to, then I suggest using the no error prefix '@'. Like so: <?php @include_once 'css.css'; ?> ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.include-once.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+58268 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+58268&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+58268&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+58268&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+58268&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: non-english -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+58268&report=yes&reason=non-english Delete: already in docs -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+58268&report=yes&reason=already+in+docs Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+58268&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+58268&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
