Reason: useless
----
this is useful, it includes a file once and not twice like the include function; but can be annoying
as it does not accept multiple files when it is called. Here is an example:
<?php
include_once 'index.php'.'index2.php';
?>
it has to be seperate like:
<?php
include_once 'index.php';
include_once 'index2.php';
?>
and if you was including a file that would have a dramatic affect on the file your including it to,
then I suggest using the no error prefix '@'. Like so:
<?php
@include_once 'css.css';
?>
