passthru doesn't seem to take a URL as an imput, but you can effectively passthru a URL using
file_get_contents:
echo file_get_contents('http://www.someurl.wha/dbsgepka/index.php');
(if the fopen wrappers have been enabled; i'm sure there's a dozen other ways to do it as
well.)
