You got it :)
A php RC release and/or a php bugfixes only release means only bug fixes
should be applied. Ilia has announced this release 10 days or so ago,
and we relied it on pearqa.
The fact is that ease a lot QA processes to do not add new features
during the test phases, that sounds kinda obvious, does it?
That means it should not have new features between betas or RC.
