[French people] PHP & UML

Hi there, [I'm asking here since I don't know if people with a suitable know-how exist at php-general] is there anybody from the French community who has knowledge with UML (& PHP)? I recently had contact with a Java consultant; his customers are more and more asking for PHP instead of Java, furthermore he's a distributor (DE/AT/CH) of the UML tool "Object Engineering" from http://www.objectengineering.com/ (headquarters in France). He wants to convince this company to produce PHP code out of PHP and says it would be better to have some native french speaking PHP gurus out there in order to convince the company (french speaking people preferring french speaking people).
