A few months ago, he simply change the licence to a more restrictive
licence. I felt that like a commercial change I cannot accept. Imho,
Waiting your module is widely used and change the licence to a non free
licence for commercial use is not a good way to do and I ll hate to see
that appear in PEAR. I do not trust the author anyway, that s why I ll
not like to see jpgraph in PEAR.
