Contributing code

I have a couple contributions to make to PEAR. I'm still documenting them, but they are working fine for me. MIME_ContentType =============== This class handles querying for MIME types. You can get the MIME type for an extension, or get the known extensions for a MIME type. Multiple mime.types files may be read in, and you can add types if necessary. It also supports writing a new mime.types file out, with every MIME type it knows about. Doclib ====== This is a component built on top of DB_DataObject for handling uploaded files. Files get stored to disk in one subdirectory, though it shouldn't be hard to change so they get stored in a BLOB, if that's desired. It uses HTML_QuickForm and MIME_ContentType. Both are under the GPL, and development was funded by WebSprockets, LLC[1]. They both appear to be stable, but bug reports are welcome. Both have pretty complete PHPDoc comments, though I have no other documentation or examples at this time.
