Problem with WebInstaller and SAPI/CGI

Hi.
I'm just toying with the PEAR WebInstaller (nice job, Christian!), but
have a problem when using it with PHP's CGI SAPI.
When I access for instance
http://wopr/PEAR/index.php?command=list-all
the "Next >>" link is printed as
http://wopr/php/php-cgi.exe?command=list-all&pageID=2
which doesn't work.
Other links like
http://wopr/PEAR/index.php?command=install&pkg=apd&pageID=1
are correct.
