phpDocumentor in the cvs supports this tag. The problem with Zend Studio is
that none of the tags are standard, so the @param tag will not work, and
there was one other that I can't remember which was formatted differently.
People who wish to use the Zend Studio format will be stuck with the Zend
Studio output for small details, but @desc will be (grudgingly) supported.
