Pear DB has support for this. You only need to pass the row number to
the fetch(Row|Into) statement. If I didn't undertand bad, he was asking
for a way of doing this without fetching the row.

Thanks Manuel I'll do it, but now only Oracle and Interbase don't
support it and seems that users haven't request it.
