PEAR Coding Standards

I am now changing phpSmartIRCclass to Net_SmartIRC... what about constants that I use? I didn't find any coding rules except upper case... I use some (about 300) for the IRC reply messages... would be pain to have use a prefix for all of them... I wanna make a first release this night...
