This involves a bit of footwork, as phpdoc needs to find the rest of
phpDocumentor. If it were only installed in PEAR that would be simple, but
life is never that easy, so I must figure out a way for phpdoc command-line
to know whether it is in PEAR or not. If there is an easy solution I don't
know about, please let yourself be heard and it will be added asap.
