Well the test is pretty lame that is done in that benchmark.
I used it as well but mainly to proof that while MDB has both the
methods for PEAR DB and Metabase it still loads fast enough.
Interpreting more into this benchmark is pushing it.
You do know that benchmarks always tell the truth they want to. And this
is not necessarily a result of evil intent.
Anyways one thing that is also interesting:
Why are all these tests that I have seen always run on mysql? Probably
because it takes too much time to get the benchmark to work on other
RDBMS for way too many database abstraction layers ;-)
