package HTML_PageHandler proposal

ok, here we go again another step towards the data-grid kinda thing. The class HTML_PageHandler handles common tasks that always occur when handling forms. It has nothing to do with QuickForm, it would even make things easier in combination with it. This class wraps the underlying class ([M]DB_QueryTool are implemented now) and it calls the methods which handle events, such as saving, removing and editing data. In the future i can imagine a SearchHandler, SortHandler to be integerated too (this really almost seems like the DataGrid-thingy then). The example.php is a complete editor, for data of one table from a DB. The source class as mentioned before is DB_QueryTool now, but i underlying DB_DataObject would be a piece of cake (i guess no more than 15 minutes for Alan). I'd appreciate some opinions and +/-1's.
