Hi, Today, QuickForm has been released in version 2.9. This version is IMO quite stable and a lot of old bugs or problems have been fixed, making QuickForm work as expected in most cases. I think it's now time to think about new features. The first one I would like to implement is a template bridge so that you won't need to care anymore about element and form templates or layout in your code. Do you have any ideas on how this could be done ? That was one of the ideas behind Flexy actually parsing the Template HTML - I did go through a few ideas of generating some kind of config file for QuickForms based on the HTML - but in the end went down the route of just creating template code for them.. - you may want to explore the idea of parsing extra HTML attributes using the tokenizer in there...
I have some ideas myself, but I would like to know your opinions about that before I start the project. ;) Thanks all, Bertrand Mansion Mamasam PS: if you reply, don't cross post on pear-dev and pear-general, TIA.-- Can you help out? Need Consulting Services or Know of a Job? http://www.akbkhome.com
