As I say some weeks ago $form->toArray is perfect for using Quickform with
Smarty. Currently I have an generic template that renders this Array but
just not support grouped elements.
Also i would patch toArray to have bring optional templatecode in this
array. This code can evaluated by Smarty in the generic template.
