That's not true. See the pear/ directory in CVS. It has all sorts of
stuff that doesn't get installed, like Jesus' Chemistry stuff.

Nuking dl() would suck. Many people use that all over the place.
Especially on moron isps who don't compile in support for interesting
extensions.
