I definetily don't have time to dig through the
code of proposed package when writing the PWN entry.
The entry is mostly based on what author wrote about
about it on pear-dev. Also if I don't quite understand
something the author ment I tend to stay on the safe
side and leave that part out of PWN entry.
But don't worry. PWN is not ment to be a complete
introduction to proposed packages features. It is
more a roundup of which packages have been proposed.
People looking for exact info on the package will still
read it from pear-dev.
