Wrong, then they load the needed class, no useless load.

Hmmm, maybe, I do not know, I feel more like the counter, many
situations where people will work with times and dates.
By the way, from the PEAR::Date description:
"Generic classes for representation and manipulation of
dates, times and time zones without the need of timestamps"
I keep my +1 to include it in Date :)
