package.xml, dependencies on PHP-extensions

Hi y'all! I'm gonna relaese a new version of Net_FTP today, so i would like to realize the dependencies in the package.xml. I didn't find anything on noticing dependencies on PHP-extensions. Would anyone be so kind and send me a working line? Thanks a lot!
