Ok, the class is not yet finished. My original plan was to make a Time
package but some people told me that they want to see this class in Date
package (and it don't look like a bad idea to me).
I think the API is fine, simple and intuitive. I have to remove public
vars, make some new methods to set/get days and remove timestamp
functions (strtotime and strftime).
Please tell me if you think there are others thing to change and how to
proced (this is my first aproved PEAR package or class). I have to get a
PEAR account? how? I have to get CVS access? how?
Thanks!
