You got my vote (the horrible +1 ;)
But there is still the "problem" of the package name, CS, and the
release process. You can release it under pearweb without having
it in the cvs tree(i.e. if you already your own cvs server).
As a sidenote, you can provide a pear compliant package without being in
PEAR, that is already widely used. This solution does not impose the
name convention (but it's good to keep your modules in a clean namespace
to skip conflict with others components), and you do not have to change
anything in your library.
