FYI: I am trying to mediate on the IT package improvements

Hi, just wanted to let you all know that I am attempting to mediate offlist a solution to the current IT update issues. I would appreciate it a lot of people would respect this effort and refrain from anything that _could_ be seen as an attack. If anyone has a suggestion on how I could best go about the mediation please feel free to mail be offlist. I am certainly thankful for the recent mails from Lux as they seem to be really focused on finding a solution and not so much about venting anger which I understand this issue has created for both sides.
