Hi Alexey,
I have reviewed your code a bit further and I am not sure the class should
extend PEAR, I would prefer it to use raiseError(). I also don't think every
errors should be fatal as you treat them. For example, it would add
flexibility if a 'block not found' error was not fatal, because some
templates can be generated on runtime with blocks missing on purpose.
