Anyways the real purpose of my mail is to work towards an Agenda. Here are a few topics that come to mind: - Quality vs. Quantity? - Possible regulations to prevent some of the recent conflicts on the ML - PEAR CS (method naming conventions?) - PFC RFC - PEAR Installer - PEAR on windows - PEARweb (rating system, comment system, package proposal) - PEAR promotion - PHP5 Hi Lukas,Thanks for drawing up a list of possible topics. Here are my comments. Unless there is time for another session on saturday morning/afternoon I think you should half the list topics. It starts at 17:30 so that probably means 18:00. We probably don't want the meeting to last for more than 4 hours because - some people have worked all day or been at the conference all day - some people have to travel back that same day That means 4 hours minus a break. Divide that by the number of topics and you get the time for each topic. I'm no expert on the topics, but you should keep this in mind drawing up an agenda. Think about the added value of having a face to face meeting and then think about which topics will benefit most from this. Regards, Jeroen
